Equity now pointed at purpose, not profit. Investors bought in; governance stayed distributed.
Stage 4: PowerShift DAO2022-2023
On-chain governance & tokens
We ported roles and policies to Polygon smart-contracts, issuing utility, equity, and security tokens for transparent value flows.
Stage 5: PowerShift Ecosystem2022-2023
Multi-company network
We spun up studios (Capital, People, Entheo Work…) to stress-test DAO tooling across real P&Ls. Market traction was thin; lessons were rich.
Stage 6: PowerShift Intelligence Mesh2024-Now
Human + specialized AI agents
Pivot: large-language models proved relational. We began orchestrating a live Agent Mesh that senses tensions and acts in real time.
