We operate a relational intelligence platform grounded in consent, stewardship, and transparency. This policy explains the data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have to access or remove it.

We capture account details, usage analytics, and conversational audio only to run the platform and improve our agents.
Data is retained for defined periods—24 months for voice records, 12 months for account logs—unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
